 
Le Central Construction : 1885
En 1876, monsieur Michelant fait bâtir la première villa de l'avenue Bouloumié. En 1885 est lancée la construction d'un hôtel appelé alors « hôtel de Châtillon » qui englobe la villa Michelant.
Vers 1910, l'hôtel prend le nom de « Central Hôtel » qui compte 150 chambres. Plusieurs agrandissements vont suivre comme en 1899 et 1910. Une aile fut ajoutée côté de la rue de Chatillon en 1931. En 1972 l'hôtel est vendu et transformé en résidence, comportant dès lors 90 studios ou appartements.
La « villa Michelant » est encore bien visible, légèrement en retrait, elle constitue la partie centrale de l'hôtel.

The Center Built : 1885
In 1876, Monsieur Michelant built the first villa on Avenue Bouloumié. In 1885, the construction of a hotel was launched, then called “Hôtel de Châtillon” which included the Villa Michelant.
Around 1910, the hotel took the name of “Central Hotel” which had 150 rooms. Several expansions followed in 1899 and 1910. A wing was added on the rue de Chatillon side in 1931. In 1972 the hotel was sold and transformed into a residence, comprising 90 studios and apartments.
The "Villa Michelant" is still clearly visible, slightly set back, it constitutes the central part of the hotel.

Das Zentral 1885 erbaut
1876 liess Herr Michelant die erste Villa auf der Bouloumié Avenue bauen. 1885 begann der Bau eines damals « Hotel von Châtillon » genannten Hotels, das die Villa Michelant umfässt. Um 1910 wurde das Hotel, das über 150 Zimmer verfügte, « Hotel Central » genannt. Mehrere Erweiterungen folgten wie in den Jahren 1899 und 1910. 1931 wurde ein Flügel auf der Seite der Strasse von Chatillon hinzugefügt. 1972 wurde das Hotel verkauft und in eine Wohnanlage umgestaltet ; seitdem enthält es 90 Studios und Wohnungen.
Die Villa ist noch sehr sichtbar, etwas abseits gelegen, sie ist das Mittelbestandteil des Hotels.

De Centraal Bouwjaar : 1885
In 1876 bouwde de heer Michelant de eerste villa aan de Avenue Bouloumié. In 1885 begint de bouw van een hotel dat toen « Hotel de Châtillon” werd genoemd en die de villa Michelant omvatte. Rond 1910 kreeg het hotel de naam « Centraal Hotel » met 150 kamers. Meerdere uitbreidingen zullen volgen zoals in 1899 en 1910. In 1931 werd aan de Châtillonstraatzijde een vleugel toegevoegd. In 1972 werd het hotel verkocht en veranderd in een residentie, bestaande uit 90 studio's of appartementen.
De “villa Michelant” is nog steeds duidelijk zichtbaar, enigzins teruggetrokken, vormt het het centrale gedeelte van het hotel.
