Le lotissement du parc de la Renaissance crée en 1925 est considéré comme un nouveau faubourg thermal. Au printemps 1929, un pharmacien parisien décide de construire un nouveau bâtiment qui prit le nom du lotissement.
L'hôtel était composé d'une trentaine d'appartements de 2 pièces, de 85 chambres, d'un restaurant de grande qualité et d'une brasserie renommée. Cinq musiciennes y donnaient un spectacle chaque soir.
La Renaissance prolongea sa vocation hôtelière jusqu'en 1970, date à laquelle un internat sportif lui succéda jusqu'en 1985. Quelques années plus tard, l'hôtel fut transformé en appartements privés. La grande salle de restaurant abrita la cantine scolaire avant de laisser place à la bibliothèque.

The subdivision of the Renaissance park created in 1925 is considered a new thermal suburb. In the spring of 1929, a Parisian pharmacist decided to build a new building which took the name of the housing estate.
The hotel consisted of around thirty 2-room apartments, 85 rooms, a high-quality restaurant and a renowned brasserie. Five musicians performed a show every night.
The Renaissance continued its hotel calling until 1970, when a sportsman boarding school succeeded it until 1985. A few years later, the hotel was transformed into private apartments.
The large dining room housed the school canteen before turning into the library.

Die Siedlung des 1925 geschafften Parks der Renaissance ist als eine neue Kurvorstadt betrachtet.
Im Frühling 1929 entschied sich ein Pariser Apotheker, ein neues Gebäude zu bauen, das den Namen der Siedlung nahm.
Das Hotel verfügte über ungefähr 30 zweiräumige Wohnungen, 85 Zimmer, ein esrtklassiges Restaurant und eine renommierte Brasserie. Jeden Abend spielten 5 Musikerinnen ein Konzert.
Die Renaissance blieb ein Hotel bis 1970, als ihr ein Sportinternat bis 1985 nachfolgte. Einige Jahre später wurde das Hotel in Privatwohnungen umgebaut. Der grosse Speisesaal beherbergte die SchulKantine, bevor sie durch die Bibliohek ersetzt wurde.

El hotel constaba de 30 apartamentos de 2 habitaciones, 85 habitaciones, un restaurante de alta calidad y una famosa cervecería. Cinco músicos daban un espectáculo cada noche.
El Renacimiento prolongó su vocación hotelera hasta 1970, fecha en la que le sucedió un internado deportivo hasta 1985. Unos años más tarde, el hotel se transformó en apartamentos privados. La gran sala del restaurante albergó el comedor escolar antes de dejar espacio a la biblioteca.

De woonwijk van het Renaissancepark dat in 1925 werd gebouwd wordt beschouwd als een nieuwe kuurbuitenwijk. In het voorjaar van 1929 besloot een parijse apotheker een nieuw gebouw te bouwen dat de naam van de woonwijk aannam.
Het hotel bestond uit een dertigtal 2 kamerappartementen, 85 kamers, een topkwaliteitsrestaurant en een gerenommeerde brasserie. Elke avond gaven vijf muzikantes daar een show.
De Renaissance diende tot 1970 als hotel, een sportinternaat volgde het tot 1985 op. Enkele jaren later werd het hotel omgevormd tot privé appartementen. De grote eetzaal huisvestte de schoolkantine en vervolgens de bibliotheek.
