Ce chalet du golf-club, servant de vestiaire, avait été bâti lors de l'édification du terrain de golf en 1905. Il a été transféré en 1928, lors de la construction de l'Hôtel Ermitage, sur son emplacement actuel sous la direction de Fernand César, qui l'a complété par des annexes.
Sur le corps du bâtiment, de plan rectangulaire, est adossé un porche remarquable d'une grande légèreté, d'aspect tout en équilibre et en harmonie.

Tegen de rechthoekig gevormde romp leunt een opmerkelijk fijne veranda met een aspect van evenwicht en harmonie.
